parasol is French for not sun. it is an umbrella usually made of delicate fabric or paper and used to keep the sun off of you like an umbrella keeps rain off of you (umbrella in French is parapluie)

Blue eye shadow (light or really dark depending on the shade of gray) looks best with gray eyes.

My hair is always staticy. It never fails. Everyday I put lotion in it and it stays down for about 5 mins. Then it pops back in to static-mode. I hate it so bad. Is there anything I can do about this besides putting excess lotion and hairspray in my hair? (link)

they make anti-static brushes. spray a little hairspray into you hair, brush through your hair, and style as wanted. maybe keep a brush in your locker

start witha low heeled, but not flat shoe. walk around in them a little every day until you're comfortable. do this with a bigger heel and increase the heel height until you reach the height you'll be wearing. you should be fine with practice

I straighten my hair with a iron every morning because my hair is naturally curly and I can't anything with it. I've been Straightening it for almost a year. Now, my hair is dry, brittle, fried and i have split ends! I put hair stuff on it before i straighten it but it doesnt seem to work. Does anyone have any suggestions on what i should use to fix it or to put on it before i staighten it. Am i going to have to stop straightening my hair??? (link)

first, you need to get those split ends trimmed.
Second, the make special shampoos and products for straightening and damaged hair; you probably should try some. The heat from the iron can really damage hair.
Third, there are tons of things to do with curly hair (ponytails look oh so much more sophisticated). I love curls and adore my hair in bouncy spirals!

I need some new ways to put on my eyeliner! As of right now, I just put it below my eye (above the lashes) and on my eyelid right by my top eyelashes. I like to make it as black and thick as possible. :]
So what tips do you have to spice up my eye makeup? Please, nothing complicated. All I have is black brown & gray stick eyeliner, black & brown liquid eyeliner, and black eyeshadow. (link)

you could try extending the eye shadow past the edge of your eye to make them look wider, otherwise you can put it heavier on the top, or not put it on the bottom lid.

I(f you wear your hair up a lot, you should wear it in a down 'do like with a headband to match your dress or in a partial pony ( where some of the hair is in a hair band on top and the rest is down). if you wear your hair down a lot, try an up 'do like a pony tail with some tendriils in the front or maybe in a bun. just do something to show off your fabulous curls.

-when using eyeliner, extend it past your eyes, and try using white instead of black- it works better. -don't just use mascara in the middle of your lashes, use it on the sides to make them look wider and fuller

Short hair makes you look thinner, or, long hair makes you look thinner?

I don't think it is the length of your hair that makes you look skinnier. maybe the thickness, but not the length.

it is really really hard for red-heads to get tan because their skin won't accept the pigment. just try to be happy with your self and if people make fun of you, just say "at least i won's have to worry about skin cancer"

[Dark Brunette long Hair]
ive out grown my hair for about a year+ now and my end are toally split like alot
i want to bleach my hair so i can color it w/ manic panic products [pink+] so here are my questions :
is it a good idea to bleach my hair ?
should i cut before or not do it at all[bleach]?
What can i do to not damage my hair anymore than it already is ?
if i bleach it myself how long should i leave it?
How severe will the damage o my hair be if i self bleach for too long ?

you might want to try a shampoo for split ends like dove or sunsilk or try seeing a salonist. bleaching you hair isn'ttoo good for it, with or without split ends. they make a lot of dying products that don't involve bleaching. you might need to get those split ends trimmed. your hair will be pretty screwed if you leave dye in too long.
