advice

i really want a tattoo for my 15th birthday! i want a small heart, maybe like an inch in size (just outlined). i want it on the front of my hip, just below the jean line (if your wearing ultra low-rise jeans). but im afraid what my friends will think of me. i dont want to sound snobby but i am popular in my school and go with the whole "classic girly girl from hollister/abercrombie". i dont want this tattoo if it makes me look trashy, especially at my age. what do you think? thank you for your opinion! =)

Ok well i think that if you want it you should get it, but if you go with that look and are afraid of what your friends will think then you might want to wait a little bit, cus 15 is a lil bit young, and if you go with the classy look then its kinda hypocritical to do that, i guess. Oh and also just remember girls are VICIOUS so if they dont like it or think its trashy they will probably do the worst. I say just do what you feel is what you want to do.

is a chi really worth it? i straighten my hair basically everyday. how long do they last? is there any other straightener equally as good or almost for about $50-60 max? and please dont say ebay.

I have a Chi straightener and hell yess, they are definitly worth it, paying that 200 dollars will end up being ten times better then a cheap straightener that will end up breaking or be horrible.

does anybody know where i can get a bikini with BIG polka dots on it? thanks

I was at Target yesterday and there were numerous bikinis with large polka dots, and a lot of other really cute ones. I suggest you go there

Im going to get my eyebrows waxed for the first time today...does it hurt?

Yes, it does. I suggest you tweez, it still hurts, but waxing is really bad for your eyebrows. It ruins the hairs or the root of it. Tweezing is the best thing to do. However waxing is ok if you dont really mind, it hurts though. Good luck!

where can i get sheap ugg boots?

thanks in advance..

Heyy,

I don't know if you meant cheap, or sheep like sheep wool boots so here is the answer to both.

For cheap ugg boots try Nordstrom, marshalls (if you are lucky they may have some), or look around your local mall to find some stores that have some.

for sheep ugg boots, then go to the ugg australia website, www.uggaustralia.com , neiman marcus, or nordstrom.

hope I helped,

can some one help me figure out what matches with these flats? http://wetseal.com/productdetail.asp?mi=1700&size=&style=37371852&color=290&token=

there so hard to match, please no leapord print on the shirt/pants! any ideas? thankyou!!

wows, this is really weird because i am wearing a pair of Steve maddens right now that are almost identical to those lol. Anyway, if you want to go fancy paint your nails red, and wear a simple black dress. Any shirt like a black, red, pink, white, almost anything with jeans, skinny or regular would look cute. Try on outfits and see if it looks good. A lot of people say its hard to match these but it really isn't. So I hope i helped.

thanks in advance. [: ♥

Heyy,

Sorry it took soo long but i had answered them all and accidently exited the browser. =[ ... soo here we go

1. I have a shampoo that is called flat out, i recommend using it then blow drying it, if totally necessary then straighten.

2. The main causes are, Excessive use of hot styling tools (irons, hot curlers, blow dryers, hot combs).Overuse of chemical treatments (relaxers, perms, hair color).Use of inferior styling tools that rip or snag hair (cheap synthetic brushes or combs, brush rollers, etc.,).
Environmental damage from heat, cold, wind and other climate issues Lack of routine maintenance such as regular trimming. Improper detangling techniques.Overwashing.Use of inferior hair care products.Excessive use of styling products such as gels, waxes and sprays.Trimming with inferior scissors. This is all from a website,,,,
http://www.hairboutique.com/tips/tip5910.htm

3. The only way to completely get rid of them is to cut them off.

4. There really is no other way, you can try to hide them but other then cutting them nothing will get rid of them.

5. Ok well i suggest to help your hair you should try to embrace your natural hair, (my sister has really curly hair and when you embrace it, it will become GORGEOUS!!!) But if you must know i have one that works for my sister and (even though it isnt good for your hair no straightner will ever be) and it is about 200 dollars it is called,
Hair art and information (HAI) from gbs. Look up on google for really good curly hair styles and give them a try!

6. Ok well i hear that the pencil types that you must sharpen are the best, a brand called POUT is apparently very good, but just buy a pencil kind. They are usually the best.

7. I suggest using a shampoo and conditioner like
Pantene Pro-V or Garnier Fructis

8. Well from reasearch i did i figured out that if your listick or lipgloss contains lead (a dangerous substance) then it can leave grayish streaks on your lips. Check out this website.
http://www.snopes.com/medical/toxins/lipstick.asp

9. You can try some creams that are sopposed to help. Look on google for lip line reducers because i don't know what your price range for the product would be.

10. Well i honestly do it and my face isnt bothered but it isnt great for your skin. I suggest you pick one and stick to it because it will be most effective.

11. You can try a cream like Clearasil Ultra Deep Pore Treatment Wash

I really hoped i helped!! let me know!! Thank you!

Is there such a thing as originality in style or having a unique sence of style? I say it's a rare quality to have and when I see coutless people on their profiles(myspace, xanga, livejournal, ect.) saying they have a great sence of style it stuns me. Latley every girl is wearing the same retro leggings, mini skirt, long tee's, and flats- what is this? Style? Doesn't have a great personal style mean that you have your own way to wear clothes, a way that wasn't already visited in the 80's and now reborn. It's pathetic- the 2000's. In the 60's it was hippi, in the 70's it was polyester, and in the 80's it was skin tight and extra long.

I guess my question is... will someone show me a picture of someone with style? Someone who doesn't fallow the trends but can mix current clothing into their own? A picture of someone who doesn't think that hollister or abercrombie is 'style'?

Heyy,

well to start with to have a sense of style means you can choose what you want to wear not paying attention to the trends, but also to be able to wear something others may think is crazy and then the next season it will be the hottest thing on the runway. The olsen twins have an amazing sense of style, like seriously that bohemian look (personaly will never like) that mary-kate rocked is now all over the runways, and hannah olivennes is really good too. WEll i hope i helped.

i really like the hollister, abercrombie, and ae styles but they are too expensive for my budget. do you know if these stores ever have any big sales? if they do when?

thanks!

Heyy,

well like most of these people already said the websites usually have great sale deals. You can also try going to American Eagle, Wet Seal, Forever 21, and H&M, there are many great deals there for cute clothes. I also recomment target, they are coming out with adorabel british brands, and britain's style is always extremely chic and in. So i hope you liked it!

are uggs still in style and if they are do you wear them with your pants tucked into them or kept out?

Hey,

Honestly i dont adore uggs but they are coming back into style, especially in colder cities. The tans and nuetral colors are best to stick to, no pinks or purples that is like fashion suicide! If you would wear them skinny jeans and tucked into would be tre cute!

hope i helped!

My hair is long and straight (light brown kinda thick). If I leave it down all day, it gets staticy. I can put it in a ponytail but i look with a geek kinda. not that ponytails ARE geeky they LOOK geeky on me. i dont hav that gorgeous thin hair that has the perfectly cool bump in a ponytail or the kind that looks good in a bun either.
anyway, i want to get sidebangs or layers but i play a lot of sports so i need to be able to put my hair up.
i kno this isnt much of a question, but any advice at all?

Heyy,

I understand what you mean, it doesnt necessarily happen to me but it used to. I have very thick, yet beautiful hair and i wear it in a ponytail very often, it tends to look good on me even with the bumps but i am not so fortunate all the time, sometimes my hair is out of control and frizzy so i use a leave in conditioner (the kind from spray bottles) and mix it with a little spray gel,it works well for me. I also play many sports such as volleyball, soccer, tennis, and horseback riding, its hard to keep good hair while working out and playing hard, so just pack some hairspray and a brush in your after school bag and redo your hair before you go out to practice.

Good luck! xoxo
