♥Well, because of your age you might need a parent to come with you to the state fair to sign a parental consent form. It might not be like that in New York though, but I would think so.

♥Straightening at night is definitly a good idea. As for going to bed, keep it down. If you put it up, there will be a wave where the ponytail holder was. Keeping it down will keep it exactly how it was, in the morning just brush it and it should look like you just straightened it.

♥Yes, not big clearances, but small sales now and then. Usually the sale items are on tables near the back of the store. If you can't afford Abercrombie I highly suggest searching on Ebay, you can get anything in the store right now for a lowered clearance price. Ebay is your friend.

♥Yes. Abercrombie & Fitch run very small. The larges fit like tight fitting mediums, and mediums fit like very tight fitting smalls. Mostly it depends on the cut of the clothing, sometimes the sizes run normal, but mostly small. Justto make sure i'd try everything on. If you're a big girl I wouldn't suggest Abercrombie clothing, the sizes usually only go up to a large and are usually tight. If you're tiny, you'll find just your size because the store carries XS and Small. Also their pants run from about 00-8 I'm pretty sure.

Ask your parents if you can do some school shopping online this year, it's so much cheaper than shopping at the real Abercrombie or Hollister (etc.) stores. ♥Well, it depends what your "look" is and what types of shoes you want. Because this isn't a very detailed question, i'll be nice and answer it with a variety of styles in mind:

If you are into the rocker look, I definitly suggest Converse shoes. http://www.converse.com , Chuck Taylors are the best ones. There is a huge variety and the shoes are an extremley reasonable price.

If you're more preppy, I would go with bright colored Nikes. Nike Airs are my favorite, but sometimes they can be a bit pricey.

If you're a skater/surfer type I would go with Etnies, Gallaz, Roxy, DC, or other skate brand sneakers. These are usually cheap, $40-$70, you can find them at http://www.pacsun.com

If you're more hip-hoppish or sporty, I would go with K-Swiss shoes. Very afordable, and simple. Jordans or PhatFarms will work too.

♥I have side bangs. I love them personally, I don't have any dis advantages. They are constantly in your face, but you get used to it. If you get annoyed, just get a bobby pin and clip them back. It depends on how fast your hair grows to tell if they will take a while to grow out. About the running, they might annoy you, but most likely not. Put your hair in a ponytail and gel the bangs back (because in ponytails the bangs stay down) and your all good. I think you should get them, they are the perfect hair accessory, they make just a boring ponytail cute.
