I am 15/F
5 feet 8 inches tall.
& 145 pounds.

i don't particularly wasnt to loose weight, I just want to et mroe git and toned.
So durring the summer, what are some good things to do to get more toned?
me and my boyfriend are going to go walk a mile about 3 times a week... but what are some short and easy things I can do.

running will be more effective than walking, and doing crunches everyday will tone your stomach. just keep at it and push yourself all summer, and you'll look great! :)

my girlfriends anorexic. she weighs 75 pounds and shes seventeen. i try to get her to eat but she always tells me to fuck off. you can pretty much see every freaking bone in her body. she looks like shes gonna drop over dead any day. i wanna help her but i dont know what to do. she always accuses me of hinking shes fat also. which isnt true everytime i see her i tell her she looks too thin and to eat something. what can happen to her body if she doesnt eat and only weighs 75 pounds? and alos how can i help her? thanks.

the only way you can help her is to tell someone right away. if not, she is going to get extremely sick and it's very possible that she could die. people with anorexia tend to deny that they have it. the way she sees herself, is that she is "fat," and will most likely get angry at anyone who tries to get her to eat. she needs help and needs to see a doctor. why the other people she knows havn't done anything about it yet is beyond me, but you neeeed to tell her parents, a doctor, a school councelor, anyone. she might be mad at you for it at first but in the long run it'll save her life.

How do you shave? Can you list the steps? And also, does it hurt?

haha i had the sameee problem when i first started shaving. i'm guessing you're talking about your legs? well it's pretttty simple.

first it's a good idea to use warm water which will open up your pores. then use either shaving cream or soap to make your legs smoother to shave. take the razor and then start from the bottom and work your way up. (haha, you're probably thinking like, "yeah i know that but how exactly!?" but it pretty much comes naturally, you'll know what i mean when you do it) be careful especially around your knees and ankles, you're more likely to cut yourself there. if you do cut yourself it willl bleed a lot but that's what bandaids are for :) once you're done rinse off your legs and dry them. it's probably a good idea to put on a moisturizing lotion, and you're doneeee.

Im 16/f. And I weigh 47 kg. (103 pounds if I've converted that right.) Is this normal for my age??

well if you're 103 pounds and are 16 you're most likely underweight. everyone i know that age is around 120-140. but, it's hard to tell without knowing your weight/body type. try looking on toneteen.com, they have a bmi (body mass index) calculator which will give you a more acurate answer.

Okay, so i have very hairy armpits. I want to get rid of the hair, but i dont want to tell my mom because i'd be totally embarassed. And also, i dnt want to shave or wax it. What can i do? Is there anything i can do to get rid of hair?

just tell your mom! it might seem embarassing but most girls get rid of their armpit hair, it's perfectly normal :] i shave mine, and yeah it's annoying but it gets rid of it, haha. i havn't tried waxing it and honestly i don't know anyone who has, everyone i know shaves theirs. just try shaving it, i'm sure it'll be fine :]

lately i havent been eating anything because the public pool opens in 2 weeks and i dont want to look fat in my swimsuit. please help me. i dont know what to do.

look hun, it's normal to wanna look good in your bathing suit, but not eating isn't the way to do it! not eating is unhealthy and could possibly lead into an eating disorder. instead, eat healthier foods and cut down on junk food. exerciseeee! doing crunches always helps me.
