I had volleyball try-outs for 8 hours, and my legs are so sore fromdoing conditioning that I can hardly move. The problem is, I have more try-outs on Monday. Any tips to recover beforehand? I am so sore, and I desperately need to get better. (link)
Before any practice or so you have to strech your muscles. They shouldn't be that sore after a shower and a rest.

I know this is kind of hideous but I though you might play soccer( becuz of ur username) well i have these giant soccer finals coming up and im really nervous. how can i stop worrying?

you kinda should asked someone who playz like um...now. cause i played soccer last year and ummm i dont do it anymore. it must be a big game if your that nervous.gain confidence by practicing your drills everyday. but don't over work yourself.thats all i can give you. maybe someone else! make sure to stretch your muscles. cause you definetly dont want to pull a muscle,.
