i am 14 year old female and i am in the highschool marching band. i am in the drumline. i play the biggest bass drum. i love sports. i love basketball and football and i love pro wrestling (wwe). my favorite classes in school r civics/pa history, basic art, and band. i am not a band fag though. i like band but i dont love it. i love to snowboard and rollerblade. i want to be in the army. i want to go to college. i want to go to either penn state, st. vincent,michigan state, florida state, california state, or tennessee state or even somewhere in texas. i also want to learn how to surf. i think surfing is awesome. i love the jerry springer too. it is awesome.JERRY! i play basketball really good but i need to improve in getting faster. Does anyone have a clue of what i can do to maybe improve in getting faster? (link)

u need to try side stepping. the football players do it they run and move their feet in front and in back of eachother. if u dont know wat i mean then if u have a pool try running around in the pool. it is extremely hard but if u do it a lot then it will strengthen your legs. also lift wieghts with your legs. lay down on the floor on your back and then lift your legs up into the air off the ground at about 6 inches off the floor. then hold them their for as long as u can. do that every day and that should strengthen your legs and make you go faster. hope i helped
