Q: ok so i wanna lose some weight. im not really fat or anything. im not even fat. but i got some extra meat on the stomach i wanna lose. and i was wonderign if anyone knew a good eating scheuld. like 6 small meals a day ( w. examples) or just eat 3 main meals a day.. something like that. i already have the workout part down becuase i play alotta sports. but .. help and ill be sure to ratee
I would eat the small meals(Maybe not as much as 6 though).If you ever get hungry you should eat some fruits such as apples or bananas, or vegetables like carrots or celery.

Keep playing sports.It will keep you healthy.But before you do anything make sure your stable enough to lose weight.If your already an average weight or underweight don't go over it.You don't want to get anymore unhealthier then you could be.
