How does anorexia harm you or your body? I know pukeing will stain your teeth but what else?? cuz if thats it, then whats the harm right? (link)
ANOREXIA HARMS YOUR BODY IN MANY WAYS OTHER THAN STAINING YOUR TEETH. IF YOU DEPRIVE YOUR BODY OF NUTRIENTS, YOU ARE MUCH MORE lIKElY TO SUFFER CARDIAC ARRYTHMIA WHICH EITHER PUTS YOU IN A COMA OR CAN GIVE YOU A HEART ATTACK. ONCE YOU GET DOWN TO MINIMAl BODY WEIGHT, YOU BODY WIll START TO FEED ON MUSClES FIRST, THEN FAT, THEN OTHER TISSUE AND POSSIBlY ORGANS. IT IS A lIFE THREATENING DISEASE, AND IT IS VERY PROBABlE TO DIE FROM IT IF UNTREATED. AlSO, IT lEADS TO MENTAl DISEASES SUCH AS DEPRESSION. YOU ARE MORE lIKElY TO GET SICKNESSES AND COlDS BECAUSE YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM WIll lACK NECESSARY NUTRIENTS THAT IT NEEDS TO FUNCTION.


i want to go on a diet. every is like "no you are so skinny!" which is true, but i want to stay skinny! im not trying to loose weight, im trying to maintain it! so please help me out on ways to do that! (link)
woah we're almost like twins! jk, but yeah everyone's always telling me i need to gain weight, but i wanna stay skinny!! hmm... tips:

-- drink a lot of water to speed up your metabolism
-- go on long distance walks to maintain your small thighs and stomach
-- although it may seem weird, DON'T do too many crunches, or your small stomach may push out because of the ab muscle. (this happened to me because of track ab workouts)
-- eat many small meals throughout the day instead of three large ones
