Hello!
My name is Musician, or at least, that's what i call myself. That might be because I play three different instruments, some better than others. To tell you, i'm not the smartest person on earth, and my level of wisdom is not the highest (probably because i haven't experienced much before). But i will try and do the best i can at answering any of your questions. Thx!

If I don't eat sweets or drink sodas will I really see a difference in my weight? (link)
if you had more soda before you quit, you'll see a much greater loss. But yeah, you should lose weight because soda has carbohydrates in it, and if you stopped drinking it, your body stops using all those carbs and works harder at adjusting to different foods. Thus, difference in weight.

okay, so normally for my average every-day food i eat would be:

breakfast- special k with milk/yogurt and sometimes with some sort of fruit.

lunch- a wrap w/ turkey, cheese, lettuce, pickles. or a chicken ceasar salad.
and normally for a side i have raisons and an apple/orange.

supper- either a healthy choice tv dinner, veggie burger, another bowl of special k, or sub from subway.

and then for snacks i usually have apples or oranges, carrots, pinnapple, etc.
and i also have a multivitamin.

as for excersises i've starting using this motor track thing for a half an hour and 100 crunches a day.

what i'm asking is, am i doing this right? or am i going overboard or what not?

and can you give me some more tips on how to be healthy? i'm trying to loose 30lbs..

You should balance out your meal w/ more fruits and veggies, and dont just do only crunches. also do sit ups and push ups.

okay i know that none of these foods are "healthy" for you but i need to chose one. i'm going out for breakfast at like midnight tonight. its going to be fun and everything, but i've been trying to eat healthy and stay thin since its bathing suit season and i'll be wearing bathing suits ALL SUMMER. so which is better for you/has less calories a belgiun waffle with butter and syrup...OR... a silver stack of chocolate chip pancakes with butter and syrup?

i don't mean to be rude or anything but i need an answer by like 11:00 pm TONIGHT because i'm leaving around then.

thanks soooo much :] (link)
the waffle for sure. Less fat and and oil. Plus, chocolate in the pancake doesn't help...

I have been trying to eat healthier, so I have been substituting some of my normal snacks for fruits. But when I start eating them, I eat SOOO much fruit! Can eating too much fruit be bad for you in the long run? Like obviously you need fruit in your diet, but if you eat too much all the time can it cause you to gain weight or anything? Thanks in advance! (link)
Everything will make you gain weight if you eat too much of it. Try to balance out your diet with vegetables as well instead of just fruits. A couple carrots and celery would be fine. Too much of anything, good or bad, will turn out bad for you. Dont forget to also enjoy yourself every now and then with some chocolate or some sugar- bursting food. Rarely, though!

wat are some foods that have protein that you eat for breakfest (like a banana)help (link)
If you are looking for foods with protein, there is a website with a chart for all the protein- filled foods. It also shows the calories, so you can eat healthy, and keep from gaining as much weight! Here's the link:
