I'm a 19 year old female. I'm 5'3'' and weigh 135 pounds. Ever since I was 16 I've wanted to lose weight. I've been going to the gym at times 5-6 days a week for 3 months then I see no results AT ALL and stop going. I've been the same weight for 3-4 years. I've tried cutting back on calories but and it seems to be working well until night time. Then it is like I can't control myself and have to eat, if I see it I want it, if i know its in the cabinent I want it. I know I just need to tell myself no but has this happened to anyone else?!?! I restrick myself during the day but after dinner I lose it and undo my diet. I honestly need help...i was thinking of wearing a bracelet as a reminder to feel guilty or something when im bingeing
You should eat more during the day so your not hungry at night. Dont eat after 6 or 7 every day, and go to sleep at a reasonable time. This will cause you to burn calories while your awake. When you eat right before you go to sleep, it just turns into fat. Hope i helped.
