Ok i have weird skin..It's really oil when it's hot or my skin feels "clogged" but then i have flakes in some places below my nose and near my eyebrows. I recently started changing the medication i've been using to see if it would get rid of my zits and help my skin. Here is my face-cleansing schedule: First, I wash my face with this heat phisoderm..and then I apply Vaseline (body moisterizer), then I apply Zapzyt...I haven't really noticed anything..Any advice to what I should do??

*I just started trying these new medications like 3 days ago..

it will take longer for the results of your skin improving to show up so wait a little longer to see if it will work if it doesnt work then go to a doctor and they will give you a perscription for your face that is what i use is a perscription drug and it works for me good luck

ok, i was just looking at my fingernails and i noticed on a few i have white spots.I seem to always have them.What are they?Is there any way to prevent them?

it doesnt have anything to do with hitting your nails if you hit your nail it wont be white it would be purple or the color of a bruise it would be white if you bent your nail backwards but thats not what u did because i have the same thing you have...they are just a lack of calcium and all you need to do is eat more dairy products and they should go away pretty soon

Does anyone have any tips for swallowing pills? I have some pills from my doctor for a bronchidal infection, and they were huge, I had to cut them up into fourths, yet they still are tough to get down. Tips or tricks?

just dont think about the pill in your mouth and get a big glass of water and put the pill as far back as you can && just make sure you dont think about it cuz youll get scared or whatever i didnt learn to swallow pills till i was like 11 or 12
