I can't see ghosts at least not currently but I'm nervous. NY great grandmother (who has passed away maybe a year ago or more) I guess used to see ghosts. My dad told me this and my dad told me she would tell him that they would sit on her bed next to her and watched her. She moved downstairs and they followed her there. The thing that freaked me out the most was that my dad said he fully believed her with no doubt. They were always very close. But that weirded me out because the job that he has well you wouldn't think he would be into all that stuff. I'm just nervous they might be attracted to me. I know it's been a while and I try to ignore every little thing so nothing does happen but I do hear footsteps and stuff but I won't get into too much detail. My dad says that we have harmless spirits in our house and when I was real little I can almost swear I saw a mans figure in front if my doorway. But I probably imagined that. I'm just nervous. Idk how old she was when she started seeing them and I think I'm gonna go ask my dad right now but I'm just nervous! Plus I got a new puppy and she will whine at nothing. But she is a puppy but if she continues to do that when she gets older I will be scared! Thanks!

The paranormal can be a bit scary. Honestly you would most likely know if you were dealing with something that wanted to harm you in anyway. What youre hearing sounds like nothing to be frightened over.
My advice, do NOT try to contact it. Dont talk to it, dont try ouija boards or anything like it, and dont try to capture evidence of it. This is welcoming it to talk to you, touch you etc. And you dont want that.
Sorry to say this, but you just have to try to ignore it unless it becomes violent or malicious. Then youd have to take action.

I know this is random and odd, but I'm interested in learning about what makes females interested in other females. I know it's weird, but I should be allowed to ask about it because people on here ask the weirdest things.
Anyways, if anyone knows about any internet articles based on the idea of bisexuality or what in a girls' mind makes them um.. interested? You know, stuff like that.

Three things I believe are huge factors:
-Curiosity: everyones a little curious about what it would be like to be with the same sex. And the taboo on it makes it a little more exciting or risky, which is appealing to many.
-Body: women are naturally more attractive. Curves, long hair, make up, jewelry,..etc. way more easy on the eyes. Plus girls know the anatomy of another girl. You would know how tk touch her to make her feel good. Get it?
Emotionally: a girl can listen, a girl will cry with you, a girl will watch chick flicks with you. A girl knows how to comfort another girl, which could be ideal in a relationship. We know how each other work.

okay, tomorrow im going to black light party at a bar and i have white shorts that i wanna wear. the shorts are cloth like cheerleadin shorts kinda but thicker, but im trying to figure out what color underwear to wear with them lol. i dont want anything too dark that'll show up under normal light, but cant have anything that'll glow through the shorts in a black light. i dont have white or nude underwear. i only have nright yellow, pink, red, teal, or lavender. i'm leaning towards the lavender but i feel like thats gonna glow really bright under the black light. do you think it'd be bright enough to glow through the shorts? i just dont want to look like an idiot hah (link)

Just like the advisor said, definitely buy a nude colored THONG. Black lights are really unforgiving & woulf probably expose the underwear line as well. The colors you have would definitel you show through.

I want to dye my hair. I have red hair like Shaun white and I am sick of being called a ginger and standing out. my parents will never let me do it and i'm abroad right now for a semester so i think this is the best time. they are coming to visit at the end of march, early april so i want a dye that will not last that long and wont cause any permanent damage. is there a type of dye that would not cause permanent damage and will wash out within like 6 weeks? i want to do a light brown so nothing dark or too drastic. is there a kind of dye that will wash out within a few washes but doesnt make your hair stringy or damaged? i like my red hair but i also want a little change for some time. is there a chance my hair won't return to how it is now? change is good! if you wanna color your hair different its your business. the best way not to damage it is getting amonia free hair dye, I know garnier fructis has some, & natural insticts. & itll fade in around 2 months than you can do it again. BUT the way you descibe your color, its a very vibrant color, & it might not completely get rid of all the red. you may still have a hint of red. if you have really long hair, get two boxes.

i don't know why, but i'm pretty sure everybody feels this way at times. i hate seeing old people eating alone, it makes me feel sad that i want to sit down in front of them and eat. is there a way where i can think positive about it? (link)

awww this is the cutest question ive ever seen haha.
a way you can look at it is that its the natural order of life. their spouse may have died, their children grew up, and now their alone. you can change it though ! you can smile, compliment them on their hat or shirt, or even sit down with them ! some are pretty bitter though, so watch out haha.
if you want to give back in a different way you can volunteer at a retirement home and read to the old people, or do other stuff to help them out. that way you can feel like your helpin other elderly people, and maybe that person has a person like you back at home.

scene people are people who think theyre trendy and individual by cuttin their hair all the same and wearin the same make up. its kind of weird that theyre all about bein 'unique' and all look the same.
basically they are myspace whores, listen to hardcore music or weird wanna-be techno music, cut their hair all choppy and put different colors in it, and get facial piercings. they take pictures in weird poses and say things like 'OHAI', 'gawd', 'youre too cute stfu', and other trendy stuff like that. you could look it up on google and find a ton of stuff on it in a second.
if you dont really know what scene is, that prolly means you arent one. hope i helped !

I was wondering if you would have any advice on what I should do to ask out the girl I love. She may know I like her, but she doesn't know my true feeling. whatever you do DONT give her the poems. i mean, some girls may like that but ive gotten a few poems from guys that i guess 'loved me' and i didnt know... it was really creepy. (its a good personal thing, but sharin them is a bad idea)
i say just start talkin to her more often. like the advisor below me said, make the relationship comfortable. become a friend to her. talk about life, hobbies, problems, music, movies...etc. once you become comfortable with her you have way better a chance at just askin her out and havin a chance.

the best movie for what youre lookin is 'The Little Princess'. yeah i know, the title sounds lame. but honestly, its suuuuch a great movie. its about a girl who is an outcast in a boardin school and is treated HORRIBLY.

ok so last year i had my first kiss. it happened while we were kinda playing around, and i kissed up his chin and our lips sorta met and we kissed. i cant really remember how it went though! i know we kissed just lips at first and then put his tongue in my mouth and i followed his lead.
but i cant remember how it was tho for the life of me!
now im talking to another guy, and im probably going to be kissing him sometime soon. we have been talking and have liked each other for a while, and im really worried about making a good first impression. he has kissed plenty of other girls before though, and i have only kissed one guy and dont even remember how i did it or what it was like!?! this was a year ago. and even after the kiss it felt VERY surreal.
im so scared that im going to kiss bad when i kiss this guy. especially because in my firstkiss we didnt really lean in slowly or anything,and i know that this kiss will be like this. idk how to kiss someone normally! ah!
i dont know. maybe im just overeacting and freaking out for now good reason. but i really really REALLY want to make it seem like im a good kisser and that i know what i am doing. but hes had way more expericence then me, considering i dont even remember how to kiss.

ive had a lot of kissing in my experience, but everytime i dont for a while im like 'oh no ! i forgot how' haha.
just like you followed the guys lead the first time, do it this time as well. you just start off with a few pecks, then let him take it to makin-out. just follow his speed and pace... but if he goes farther then youd like him to then make sure to stop it, you dont wanna get uncomfortable.
youll do fine :) it usually will just come naturally ! if you freak out it will make it a lot harder for you to go with the flow of things. just dont stress it

okay, so i'm just going to describe myself and preferably guys but girls can also answer. i'm almost 5'4, more like 5'3 and 3/4, kind of skinny (like in my arms and unfortunately my chest) but where my hips and butt are i get wider. i take care of myself really well as far as hygiene, and i try to make sure my clothes, skin, everything is always clean and smells good. i have clear skin as far as acne, pimples, etc. and it's soft but i have freckles on my nose & cheeks and moles covering my body. :( they're not big and huge and hairy or anything like that, they're actualy kind of small, but i still worry about them. anyways, brunette, wavy hair, kind of pointy-ish nose... some people say it compliments my face, but i'm self-conscious about it. hazelish-brown eyes, and i don't wear a whole lot of makeup because i don't like the feeling of it really. i just wear a little eyeliner on my lower lids and mascara, and my eyelashes are dark naturally cause of my hair. i actually kind of like my eyes and some people have told me they're pretty, it's one of the only things i sometimes like about myself. anyways, what i'm most self-conscious about is my chest. it's almost non-existant and it's desgusting. i'm thinking of getting surgery when i'm older if they don't develop by the time i'm like 18-20, not so they're like playboy-model huge but just normal-looking. so, over-all, even if maybe i don't get surgery and do end up developing more, do you think someone might find me attractive? or are the things i don't like about myself a total turn-off? obviously if you have good hygiene, have clear skin, people say youre features compliment you, people tell you youre eyes are pretty, youre attractive. i think you need to not look for approval from other people and just be comfortable with yourself....

Surprisingly, I'm actually very girly, I like to shop, I like girly clothes, and doing my nails. But I just have never gotten along with girls for that reason. usually i hear that from girls that are more like me... i hate shoppin, im wayy more of a tomboy i guess.
i mean, its not strange but havin girl friends isnt a bad thing. just find girls like yourself ! i have a group of 7 girls that are just like me. we all kinda just chill, stay away from drama... and im SO glad i have them. but its okay not to have girl friends, no one ever died from it :)

I am now really into the show The Office. I know I should've watched it from the beginning, but I didn't and now I'm watching old re-runs that come on weeknights. If there are any Office fans, please help me out here. I absolutely love Jim & Pam, and know they are finally married now. The re-runs I'm watching are when she was engaged to Roy. jim and pam always flirted, and everyone who has watched it from the beginnin knew that they HAD to be together eventually.
in season 2 i believe, roy and pam dated for a while, pam was ready to get the show on the road but roy was draggin it out for a long time. also, jim and pam kissed while she was engaged which confused her. pam moved out of roys house.
in season 4 jim finally asked pam out and thats when they began datin.

lemon juice and tooth paste usually work for me. try just usin a regular face cleanser that you should wash your face with anyways like a bar of soap. DONT pop them or touch them.
also, for some people puttin a little ice on a zit makes the redness go down.

i have almost double d's, and my upper back hurts the most along with my neck and shoulders. when its due to breast, you dont have to do anythin - it just hurts anyway. it sucks, especially since i have kyphosis and scholiosis which make the pain twice as bad.
the best you can do for it is to wear a REALLY supportive bra and practice good posture
