ok so last night i got really scared because i thought i was going to pass out. i was on my computer when i got lightheaded and everything i looked at the shaking like crazy. like i was on AIM and the whole screen was shaking, yet i could still type & think clearly. it was sooo weird. so i shut my eyes hoping it would go away. once i opened my eyes the shaking started again within 30 seconds.
why did this happen? like it wasn't because i hadn't eaten or anything.

that exact thing happend to me this one time when i was singing on stage, what my doctor said it was was a lack of iron, so eat things with iron in them and this shouldn't happen again ^.^

if at night you brade your hair you'll wake up the next morning with curly hair, then scrunch that, i have naturally straight hair too, and that's what i do.

the best songs or peoms i've ever written have been about things that i'm super passionate about, stuff like people's closed minded-ness when it comes to things like religion, gays, and anything else. basically if you have a strong opinion about nything, politics, love, whatever then you should write a song about it

ok my dad tells me i have extra muscle on my calves, im average size as in about...114 pounds and im 5' 1" well, theyre lower and bigger than normal calves.... how can i get them higher n thinner? (link)

try this exersize:
1.) stand up (you can hold on to something for support if you need)
2.) go on your tip toes!
3.) go back down BUT MAKE SURE YOUR HEELS DON'T TOUCH THE GROUND!
4.) repeat as many times as you can once a day every other day

fear is being afraid of something. courage is overcoming your fear and/or facing it. they are related. it's all about will power, you have to want to overcome something enough to be couragious and face it.

the only advice i can give you is don't pierce it yourself, i pierced my nose myself, and on top of having to pierce through cartalage because i didn't know what i was doing, my parents got super pissed, and it got really infected...
