It means you have gained weight QUICKLY or lost weight QUICKLY there is no way 2 get rid of them without buying products from the store. If you are going with natural resources, you will still have to buy foods rich in vitamin E to help get rid of them. They are scars so then don't COMPLETLY disappear, just fade so they aren't noticable. Here's a website http://forums.ultimate-cosmetics.com. My friend is 14/f and she wants big boobs. She's not going to get plastic surgery(thats for sure) and i keep telling her everyone goes at their own pace. She doesnt even fit into an A cup. Tell your FrIeND to go to the doctor to make sure that she doesn't have hormone problems.
Stress, not eating properly, being underweight, not having enough calcium and protien will cause you not to grow breasts because you need to have a certain amount of fat to grow them or something like that lol.
If any of those things are wrong with your FrIeND, tell her to fix them and see if anything changes

Exercising the PECTORIAL (muscles) will build muscles (its under the breast , I think) and it will lift your breasts (from what I heard)
LOTS OF PROTIEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She has a long time to grow, most girls these days develop MAD EARLY because of something they eat or their genetics. Tell her to ask her mother or the girls in her family when they developed. Maybe she won't develop like them.

I have little stretch marks on my breast too. I think that means that they are growing!!!!!!! YESSSSSSSSSS LOL I use shea and cocoa butter on my skin. That makes the stretch marks fade away. I use vaseline (INTENSIVE CARE) healthy body complexion {nourishing body lotion}. It evens the skin tones, it helpes the stretch mark blend with the color of your skin. Its really good. Vitamin a and e is VERY good for your skin!!

I don't think it would offend him because he was obviously embarrassed about his skin, thats why he got some medicine for it and now his face looks good!! So saying HEY HUNNY, YOUR SKIN LOOKS BETTER THAN MINE (LOL J/P) OR YOUR SKIN IS SO BEAUTIFUL and then giving him a kiss, I don't think it would make him feel bad. BUT GOOD :o)

No- because when you have a baby, the hole gets bigger (from what I was told) other than that, its really pretty
HELL YEA IT HURT!!!!!! It was sore for days and its a hassle. Has to be cleaned everyday so the dirt and germs from your belly button won't get into the hole. Very easy for it to get infected too !!!

What you COULD do is ask for the $80.00 and then save up like 30 dollars. The I-pod shuffle is only $100.00. If you don't want to do that then either get
1.) Clothes
2.) Sneakers
3.) Maybe a new bike or something NOTHIN GAME RELATED god!
4.) Just get the money and save up until you can buy something THAT YOU WANT. 5.) Maybe some DVDs or CDs

I practice doing splits in dance class. There are two ways to do a split
1.) Stratle put your hands on the ground, open your legs as if you are on a horse and lower yourself down then stay in that position for a count of 8.
2.) Get on the ground, put your right leg up while the right one is on the floor. Turn your right leg to the side and put your hands to the sides of you. Lower your leg down for the count of 8 then repeat for the left leg.
