Okey, my friend told me to ask this question. She has been shaving her mustach for about a year now..and it looks really bad!! what can she do? she cant wax because she gets rashes and for some reason it doesnt even work..and she cant tweez because there's too much hair. I know about cutting and what cutters do..but i watched tv the other day and it showed a girl who snapped a rubber band on her wrist and needed phyciatric help for it...what does a rubber band do and whats the purpos? (link)

the purpose is to stop cutting, you snap the rubber band instead. and it doesnt do anything bad, she probably had to go to the phyciatrist b/c that meant shes a cutter in recovery
