Ok, you really have nothing to do right now. If the guy has a girlfriend and he likes you, he will break up with the girlfriend to be with you. BUT in the event that he does NOT break up with this girl, you should stay far far away from him and possibly tell the other girl what happened.

Well, if you want to keep your friend, don't flirt with her guy. On the other hand, it is ok to like the same guy, as long as you don't act on your actions you should be fine. If he breaks up with your friend and asks you out, you are at risk of loosing your friend as well. This is really not a great situation at all.

Without parent consent, you have to be 18. Even with parent consent, I believe (not completely sure) you have to be 16. I'm not going to lecture to you, I answered your question.

You definitely need to talk to this guy. There will be no real answer until you ask him yourself, and even then you should be cautious. Cheaters don't like to admit they are cheating, but I'm not saying this guy is cheating! There could just be a lot of gossipers at your school.

me and my ex bf have broken up 11 months ago and i have been with my current bf 10 months. i went out with my ex for 2 years and a month... i love my curent boyfriend alot..... but i cant help but think abt my ex from time to time.... he broke up with me saying he didnt love me but the next day he called me to tell me he just wanted to see other people and he wanted me to wait for him.... and that he still loved me.... should i have waited is that why i still think abt him till this day..... is that normal after all this time i still think abt him....can it be that i do love my boyfriend i have right now but im still wondering abt the ex? this is tearing me up please help (link)

Well, first of all, it sounds like he broke up with you to ask another girl out, which tells me he isn't really into you at all. Then the other girl turned him down so he came back to you. Nah, I would stay with the guy you have, not some looser that ditched you for someone else. It's very common to keep thinking about your ex for a while after the relationship has ended, especially if he wants you back. But that doesn't mean you have to give into him.

First of all, don't be scared. Breaking up with a guy should never be scary, unless he's a member of the mob, but I doubt you have to worry about that. On to your question, if you don't want to be with the guy, you need to get out! There is no reason to be with a guy you don't want to be with, not because your friends think it's cute, not because his parents like you. So yes, you should end it. I would suggest talking to him face to face. If you are honest and he cares about you at all, he should be fine. And if he doesn't care for you, then you have an even better reason to get out.
