Well I must say... I have been reeled in by goofy pick up lines before. The really silly ones y'know.
But if your not into that just strike up a casual conversation. Ask what movie she is seeing ( or saw) if it was any good, etc etc. Just be casual!

Well, give him your number and just tell your parents that your doing.

A couple months ago me and this guy got together. Turns out he said he just wants to be friends. Anyway, Im going to see him next week he lives in west virgina i live in north carolina. When I say get together I dont mean go out I mean we just act like a couple. Anyway, I was talking online and I was like "I cant wait to see you I mean see all of you guys" and he was like "yeah I cant wait to see you either" does this mean he wants to "be with me" again? and not just friends? I would say in "guy speak" he was probably just saying that he was excited to see you again. As in hang out.
Unless he's been dropping other hints. If you can't decipher his signals then I would say to just straight up ask him (in person).
Say something like,
"Y'know I've been getting some really mixed signals from you and I know that you said you just wanted to be friends a few months ago but have you changed your mind since?"

I'm switching schools next year so I won't be going back. I want to admit to my guy friend that I have feelings for him. I like him alot but I know he likes another girl & she knows that. If I tell him how I feel, do you think things will be weird this summer if he rejects, since I planned on hanging out with him as friends anyways? (link)

It could be weird. Situations like that are always weird at first... unfortunatly.
I would tell him though. Say to him, I've liked you for a while now and with me leaving and all I wanted to let you know. I know you like that other girl, and I didn't say this to freak you out, or complicate things for you-- I just said it so I could leave knowing that I told you how I truly felt.
Something to that effect. I think it would do you good! And who knows... maybe a summer romance could spark!
