I'm 16/f, in 11th grade.
He is 17/m and in 12th grade.
This guy and I had known each other since the end of my 9th grade. After like 6 months, we started going out (like mid-10th grade), and then I was having problems so we broke off for a few months. Then we got back together. He was my first actual bf that I cared about and kissed. Then I was having more problems both within myself and family and for reasons I don't wish to share, I had to cut him out of my life.
I really miss him and I feel like he's my "first love" (yeah, call it cliche teenage love if you want). I can't get him out of my head and I want to but at the same time I don't want to forget about him. And my friend pointed out that guys don't wait around for girls and that he's probably out chasing other girls. And I don't know what to think.
How do I get him out of my head? (link)

well, for me, it sounds extremely weird but i forced myself to think about it a lot and i realized i was better than him. but im not sure what your situation is. my ex that i was sure i was inlove with cheated on me with my best friend, my close friend, and the biggest slut in town. it all really depends on the situation.

My wedding is coming up and I am not fat I just have some extra flub on my stomach and arms and would like to tone up for my wedding. Any suggestions on excercises I should do? Also, it would be helpful if you could tell me what sorts of equipment I should have (something I can easily do at at home) such as dum bells, etc (link)

you could use equipment.
but its so much easier not to.
do some crunches.
maybe some yoga.
also, if you sit upside down on a couch and do 30 sit ups a day, it really does help.(:
hope i helped.

just smile and giggle.
then look up at them with a smile.
if they are holding your hand,
kinda play with their fingers.
maybe play some footsie.
just have fun with it.
but make sure you feel comfortable doing them.

i have a boyfriend. we've been dating for more then a year and i love him so much with all my heart. and i know hes the one...
i have this teacher and hes a good looking guy. and lately when i start to daydream during class i start having fantasies about him...and me. its weird. and sometimes they can be pretty sexual. and i seriously can't control it...i don't know, it just happens. and i have no idea why this is happening. are those thoughts considered cheating on my boyfriend? and what should i do about the fantasies? (link)

this is normal.
it happens alot to people who have been in a long term relationship.
it is not considered as cheating as cheating.
because you didnt physically do anything with him.
he's an attractive guy.
it happens.
its just your teenage hormones working up.
if youre sure your boyfriend is the one,
then he is.
and no one can stop your love.(:
hope i helped.
