Hey im 17/f. There is this guy at my work who is 20/m. he is really cute and very nice. Can always make me smile. He has been flirting with me alot lately people have been realizing. I know this may sound stupid but i dont know like how to flirt back and let him know im interested. I dont even know if he has a girlfriend or not or if he likes me. what you should do is talk to him. if your ok with it ask him out to lunch one day. this gives you a chance to talk and find out a little more about him. casualy ask questions and stay relaxed. if he really likes you he cant turn you down. maybe at the end of the day you will get his number or something. hope this helps!:D

i feel like i have met the girl of my dreams and like it truly was love at first sight. the only problem is that we are such good friends and she doesn't know how i feel. i think that itwuld make things very awkward between us if i told her how i felt and she didnt feel th ame way back. however if i dont say something and she feels the same way, i could be letting the girl of my dreams slip away. what should i do? Listen, I had the same thing. I was best friends with this boy forever and I took a chance. I put a note in his locker because i was afraid if he said no then i would just cry right infront of him. He came up to me next period and whispered in my ear "What took you so long." I was so excited! But then i thought what if he said no. I think that because we were such great friends that nothing would change. Its up to you, but if she meens that much then ya i would ask her out. :D

You should get on the phone or ask to meet up and talk about it. He might just have some nerves and is thinking the same thing aobut you. You have to trust him.

so i only have one week left of school and i really wanna talk to this guy. we've never talked before and he's a year above me. he's quite shy and often cant bare to look at me. i can tell that he's nervous. and he often DOES notice me after all. but he only notices me when he's walking by me very close. but when he's far away and i try to make eyecontact he never looks. and he also smiles at my mom when he sees her (she picks me up from school sometimes) and my friends tell me that he often looks at me when i'm totally not looking. i REALLY wanna talk to him soooo badly but i cant because i still dunno if he really likes me. and i've never talked to a hot guy ever in my life, never had a bf and dont have ANY experiences (cos i'm extremly shy, not cos i'm ugly which i'm not :P)
the problem is that he's the same. atleast with me. so what should i do?

Try asking a question that you maybe already know the answer to. Bump into him and say something like sorry, And I was just wondering if you knew where this class is or if you have seen my friend. anything like that. If he does look at you give him a smile and make eye contact. If you start talking then ask if he wants to go mini golfing or something with a few other people. Hope this helps!

im 17 and a male and im a junior in high school, im actually really good looking but i rarely open my heart to girls, a few weeks a go i started going out with a freshmen, it just kinda happened but once it did i REALLY liked her and she supposedly liked me a lot too, i never had a girlfriend before, she was my first one and we gave hugs and walked around school and gave a few kisses here and there, i was starting to move a little deeper and once we were going out for a month i was going to hang out with her and tell her how much i really "loved" her, i already told her how much i liked her and stuff. one day we were talking on phone and randomly she says " i need to talk to you" so im like ok what and shes like " i dont really want a boyfriend right now" and she told me how she didnt want me to be mad and she still wanted to be friends...and i dont understand why she didnt want a boyfriend cause i was perfect for her, her friends liked me and her mom liked me and i didnt do anything wrong i always asked her to go places with me and we had a lot of fun together and i didnt drag her away from her friends i always told her to do what she wanted with them and that she didnt have to be with me all the time unless she wanted to..and then she just ended it and i dont know why, i think there is more to it then "i dont really want a boyfriend right now" but im not sure and it really hurts me cause i thought she really liked me and thats what everyone told me. and im just sad :( does anyone have any ideas why she did this to me? she might have just said that because she is covering up a different reason and did not want to hurt you to much. or maybe she is going through a hard time with her family. Dont get me wrong, the way you discribe yourself the reason is moslt likely not you. dont be hard on yourself. maybe in a month she will come around and ask you out again.
