I am currently In 8th grade I do go to the highschool for a few of my classes though.. I Swim as in a compete. Run Cross Country and participate in Track long distance and hurdles sometimes long and high jump also. I like to help people with their problems. I have had many problems in my life some are still occuring but are starting to heal I know I am young but I have had a lot happen to me and now I don't want anyone doing the same thing as I have done. I have just moved to a new town so I can pursue My swimming sport because I am heading towards a full scholorship (hopefully) to coledge. I also Hope that all advice I give will help you.

today in P.E we had orienteering (sp?) i had to go through a woodland area, and the boy that i used to fancy, jake, was in there aswell, anyway jake had his leg stuck in some stinging nettles and i had my foot stuck in a bush and he pulled his leg out, even tho he knew it would hurt, just to come and help me and after when we had to get back up, he had helped me get up, coz my legs were really hurting and then after that we had lunch and he never really "noticed" me before but when he walked passed me he smiled nd sed "u alright", and then after lunch we had D.T and hes in my class nd he helped me alot and was making me laugh nd that, which he never used to joke about with me before bczo im not exactly his 'best mate'. so i just wanna know does he like me or not.
also, whenever i saw him he would normally just push past me but hes been like really kind.

If you have been talking to him more and he is flirting* with you it is possible. Based on what you wrote though I believe that he might have just changed his personality to be more polite, generous and a man. I don't want you to be mad but thats what I believe is happening.
how do i get to know a guy i like better? basicly how can i get him interested in hanging out with me and stuff. we dont talk much but we flirt sometimes. ive liked him for 2.5 years, and we dont go to the same school, we do a sport together. any advice would be appreciated.
Well if you do a sport together you could probably for example I swim. I would go into the persons lane I like swim and say something about the sport and start a conversation trying to move it towards a more personal level or do this over a period of time to get to know the person a little bit more then get more personal or just ask questions that you are interested in and hopefully he will answer back.

Well I'm a 13 year old guy. You should first just say hey to him a few times when you see him then just go up to him casually and ask him a few questions about himself. He shouldn't get disgusted or weirded out by you. If he doesn't have many friends and that is why he doesn't talk much maybe you could act friendly towards him and he will want to talk more to you.
