I don't know. I have never been in 'love' but I think it is possible to be in 'real' love at 13. I define love by imagining yourself without that someone and realizing that your life would be misreable without them. When you look at them, you can imagine the rest of your life with them. That is what I think 'real' love is. And the reason why adults think us teens only feel puppy love instead of true love is because they don't think that we could possibly imagine our lives without our special someone. I don't think they think that we can have strong feelings like they do for their special someone. So to answer your question, yes. I think anything is possible.

I mean you shouldn't miss your ex boyfriend if he cheated on you with your best friend. He doesn't deserve your time and energy if he actually would do something like that. When you are around them, you don't have to put on a show or act a certain way but your self and they are cool with it. You have a certain amount of confidence when you're with them and you can't think of anyone but them. Their touch makes you feel like you are walking on the clouds and when you look at them, everyone else disapares. That is how you know when you are in love.
