about

I'm kendall, but I go by kenda :] I'm 16 years old and currently a Junior in high school. I love Alternative & Indie music, reading, writing, hanging out with friends, & watching Grey's Anatomy and Sex & the City. I have 2 half-siblings & 1 little brother. I've had alot of problems with my family, but I've gotten over much of it & moved on. Relationships have always been hard for me, for some reason.

I can pretty much relate to alot of things that you all may want to ask; Family problems, school grades, friendship problems, mental health disorders, eating disorders, and relationship problems. You can ask just about anything;

advice

When I get up from my seat or the bed and I see spots for a few seconds, what is that?

That happens to me alot, too. I'm anemic though, so I'm low on iron. Have you gotten checked for Anemia? I would say to check that with your doctor. But this could also be something minor, such as just staring off too long or you black out a little. I wouldn't think too much of it, unless it becomes consistent and begins to blurr your vision alot.

ok well i think i'm fat so i try to eat healty and exercise, but i never can keep up with it! how can i keep at it? and is it a bad thing that every time i get skinnier (like every year or so) i always want to get thinner and thinner. is that bad? usually w/e i am isnt enought. i want to loose more. HELP

I'm on a diet too right now & the way that I stick with mine is by making a plan; I write down each of the exercises that I want to do each day and I do half in the morning and half at night. I also write down how many calories I want to take in each day, so it's kind of like restricting. Just keeping track of everything that you want on your diet is a way to stick with it. You can also list your motivation on paper; such as 'toned stomach', 'tiny legs' & all that so it motivates you to stick with your diet. & wanting to be thinner everytime is completely normal, but don't go too thin, otherwise you could put your body at risk.

Hey my name is Rachel and iam 17 years old and my cousin and I get along really well,but my cousin Tiffany is only 13 and is only 100 pounds and she is 5 foot and 1inches tall and complains about being fat all the time and now she's going on a diet to try to lose 10 pounds is this anorexia Iam getting really worried about her.I try to tell her she isn't fat,but she dosn't belive me what should I do?please help.

Going on a diet is necessarily anorexia, but if your cousin begins to skip meals or make excuses to get out of meals, then you should really talk to her. Tell her what she's doing could seriously hurt her body sooner or later.

If she's just dieting to get into shape & become fit, then it's alright. Just keep an eye on her and make sure she's eating right and exercising good.
