Hey, im 5'4" and 130ish, I'd like to loose some weight. Any special excersize that works really well?

Running or jumping rope are the best ways to burn calories and lose fat. Pilaties is really good for toning your muscles up after you get rid of the weight. Also eat healthy and get enough sleep. good luck

someone told me that if water is cold it fastens up your metabolism more then warm water would, is that true? also what other things speed up your metabolisn..thank you
If you drink really cold water it can help your body burn some extra calories. It does this because putting the cold water in your body makes the body work harder to warm you up. It doesn't help much though.. I read that drinking ice water burns and extra 17 calories an hour or something. Some things that do raise you metabolism though are green tea and kelp pills. The most effective and safe way to raise your metabolism naturally is to exercise. Good luck

Hi. Does anyone know of a good way to get a flat stomach? All my friends say I'm not fat, but I would like to get a flat stomach and lose some weight on my thighs, too. I heard about doing crunches every morning/night and running a mile a day. Does anyone have a certain way to get a flat stomach and skinnier thighs? Thanks!
Definetly do at least 30 minutes of cardio every day... running or jumping rope is the best way. Also doing crunches will help tone your stomach. Go to www.toneteen.com to find some different types of crunches that help tone the different areas of your stomach. Your could also try pilates... go to a gym or just pick up some at home videos to try. All these things combined with a healthy diet will have you a nice stomach in no time at all. Good luck

AHHH !!!! my calves are really really short . they aren't fat , but because they are short , they kinda of give that image . not only that , my calves are very curvy , as i have small ankles , but a normal amount of fat around the centre part of my calves . i'm about 5 or 5'1 , 13 years old . my calves are about 30 cm long ,when you bend your knees and measure the part behing your knees until your ankle bone at the upper side of your foot . is this normal ?? help !
That is normal don't worry!! You are only 13 your calves will most likely lengthen as you grow taller. For now you can try doing some ballet streches to lengthen out your calf muscles and make youe legs look leaner and longer.
