how can i motivate myself to workout more? i really need to get in shape for softball and basketball coming up. also, can anyone give me some exercises i should do to get in shape? like the name of them and a very brief, yet detailed explanation...i will rate those who answer honestly. and please dont delete this question!
I dont really know what your drive would be on getting you to work out more - i just enjoy working out thats my motive but good work out consists of running a lot. Running really helps you stay in shape. Also stretching before you run so you dont hurt yourself. I also like to do push ups and sit ups after i run - 3 sets of 20 of each of them. It really helped me get in shape. Good Luck!
i wanna do track in spring, but i can't run and i have no stamina or anything. i can't run for more than two minutes without havin g to stop how can i get in shape?
Try conditioning yourself to become prepared for track. Start off by walking around your neighborhood or something for like 20 min every few days, then work your way up to jogging, then running exc. Good Luck
ok i no alot of people want to be in good shape but i really want to be thin liek a model do i need to be anerexic or elemic..shuld i? or does anyone no a way to get skinny liek i want to be please help thnx!!..x00x
STarving yourself or making yourself puke isnt the answer to being thin. Its unhealthy and taking a risk at your life. Its really seriouse. If you want to learn more on how going about getting thin, RUN everyday for about 20 min. Start at a slow pace then work your way up. Do a lot of self stretches each morning or night such as crunches and stuff. Lifting weights its good too. Drop one in my inbox or just IM me at KER xxx 28624 on AIM if you need more help. I`ve been helping people get in shape for about 3 years now. Good Luck.
