ok so im 13 im around 5 foot and weigh 125 am i over weight? i feel as if i am and if so how could i loose some weight? thanks

hmm well it doesnt seem as if you're too overweight. But here are a few tips to lose a few pounds:
*Keep a food journal and record all the foods you ate. This way you can see how much junk your eating
*drink morel iquids. you wont feel so hungry
*listen to music and jog or walk.

Ok I think Im fat and im only 13 and I know I shouldn't be worrying about that but I do. Im not fat fat but a little overwieght. I dont want to go on a crash diet cuz those or just stupid. Ive tried exersising and I cant keep up with it. Ive tried eating less snacks but I love food to much. What is a good way to lose wieght ill do anything. thanx (link)

Make a chart of all the foods you eat. Even if its one little thing, put it down, This will help you control how much you eat and actually view all the foods you ate for the day. Try to limit it to 3 meals a day and 2 small snacks. Or say to yourself "I wont eat for 2 hours". This really works. Hope i helped!
ps)listen to a cd player while you exercise..it kinda distracts you so u can exercise for longer.
