Q: im 14..female and i weigh 124 lbs...i hav curves definatly...well im nto happy with my body..i want to be size 00 and small...all the guys like small gurls..i look like a cow in a bathing suit and am starting to get cellulate on thighs/butt...i feel fat in anything i wear now...my point is is that im thinkin about going annorexic...bc i have a really pretty face and a ugly body if i go annorexic i will be pretty...maybe not full blown annorexic..but like not alot of food...a little bites here and there...but not alot @ all...and not makeing myself throw up..just not eating....how soon do u think i will lose weight...plz dont say "dont do this blah blah" bc i just want to know how much weight do u think i will lose in 2wks? plz answer that ?!!
A: The thing is, starving yourself isn't going to work. Your body needs a certain amount of nourishment every day, and if it doesn't get it, it goes into starvation mode and starts collecting fat cells so that you dont fall over and die of starvation. It will, actually, make you fat.
124 pounds is actually a good size for a girl of fourteen, unless you are under five feet tall. I'm not too much older, and I'm over 150 and still look good.
If you really want to lose weight, join a sports team. I suggest your school's cross-country team - it's really good for your legs and helps you shape up. Lifting weights and doing strength training is also good for you and will help you slim down. Once you start excercising regularly, your weight may go up, but it's because you're gaining muscle, and it'll start to go down after awhile.
If you're really bent on the dieting, try just watching what you eat - make sure you're eating a balanced diet and not more than 2200 calories a day. Eat lots of fruits and veggies, especially.
Just remember - very few real people who haven't had liposuction are size 00. No one gets there without a little bit of surgical help or some serious health problems.

Q: i want to loose 4-up pounds in about 9 days. I really just want a flatter stomach but still wanna loose some punds. What can i do? Need all the help i can get. (Usally rate HIGH)
A: Try watching how much you're eating and get some exercise. However, be warned: you will not get washboard abs in nine days. I exercise five or six days a week for over an hour each day and I'm still not perfect.
The fastest way to drop some pounds is to try and watch carbs for awhile - what tends to work is eating pretty much no carbs for two meals a day and then have a high-carb meal for the third one. It'll power an active lifestyle, but help you lose a little weight. Suggested low-carb meals are scrambled eggs, chef salad, etc.
Over the long term, however, your best bet is to get plenty of exercise and eat well (eat your fruits and veggies too!)
