hi. ok, so I'm your average girl.I've tried at suicide 3 times. I've ran away once, and my best friend died when I was seven. But now I'm happy and thats what matters. :)

I need to lose weight really badly. I am 13 years old, and I weigh about 145-147 ish pounds. please tell me what to do. I sometmes get up and go walking in the morning, and i am eating a lot better, but i am not losing the weight. please help!!! (link)
I love fitness. And, I think It's great that you are taking an intrest in exercise. For me, the absolute best workout is swimming, because after i did just a few months of it, i lost some weight (I'm sure you'll lose more because I was only 85 pounds.) and I gained a lot of mucle :) Just make sure you drink water while working out because one time I thought I lost five lbs., but turns out it was just water loss. Hope I helped.
