i know how to lose weight, i exercise and all that.
but whenever i have a really good day i always end up eating crap food at the end, and can never seem to stay determined.
any ideas to help me stay focused, like things to think?

its good to have a mind set that you CAN have whatever you want. its unhealthy to tell yourself what you cannot have because sooner or later you could over indulge on it from not having it. and that wouldn't be good, right? Just keep in mind to stay balanced with eating healthy and know when your eating unhealthy. think moderation and not elimination.

Yeah. I have alot. I can do up to 15 standing backhand-springs. I can up to 8 handsprings after a roundoff. I can do a front and back walkover, and an ariel, but when it comes to fulls I am lost. Do you have your full? How do you do it? How long did it take you to do it? I am so curious about all these things. Please reply. =] (link)

lol yes. i cant really tell you because im not a coach or anything. if your in gymnastics then ask your coach if you can try it on a trampeline... thats what i did. i was harnessed around my waist so that they could train me. i remember after getting my backhand spring i went into back tucks and then layouts... it didnt take that long because i trusted the trainer. i cant tell you how to exactly do it. but i can tell you that if you trust yourself, then you can definity do it.... ITS SCARY ive gone to the emergency room and have had alot from fractures. but each time i make it better becuase they always give me something i can improve on. Its a muscle memmory. i have no doubt.. because you can do it... ask your coach to start you on basic teqniques and try to get on a trampaline!

ok.. different sit ups can work different areas of your abs. for example, side sit ups will work on your side aeas. also theres other ways INSTEAD of sit ups. try laying on your back with both legs in the air. drop both legs until you have about an inch of space between the floor and your legs. THE GOAL IS TO USE YOUR STOMACH MUSCLES TO HOLD YOUR lEGS UP. make sure it doesnt touch the floor or else its cheating yourself. remember the burning feeling means your muscles are WORKING. try that out for a while.
also make sure you eat healthy. it really matters what goes into your body
