for about a month i've been doing lunges to increase my butt size and push ups to increase my upper body strength. i'm only 110lbs (16/f, 5'7") and all of my strength is in my legs, i have NO upper body strength, and i have no butt what-so-ever. i was doing about 15 push ups a day and 20lunges a day and i've been doing this for a month and i haven't seen any increase.
how long is this going to take to see a difference?
~i've also been drinking these milk drink things that have extra protein in them to help me gain weight.
i guess this is a two part question so the other part is:
i've been about 110lbs for a year and a half now. i have a rediculously high metabolism and if i don't eat constantly i can loose a lot of weight which i dont want to do. for example, i'll wake up and be 102lbs, eat breakfast(cereal and toast), lunch(sandwich, soda, chips, maybe ice cream) and dinner(large plate of whatever is for dinner that night) and then i'm constantly snacking all night. before i go to bed i weigh myself and i'll be anywhere from 108-110lbs. go to bed, wake up and weigh myself and i'll be 102-104lbs again. its very frustrating and hard to gain weight when i lose it while sleeping! my new years resolution is the oposite of most americans these days. i want to gain 10lbs by the end of the year but i dont know how. i'd be willing to gain muscle as long as i didn't turn like super buff.
any help for my questions? (link)

You should look up the different ways to do push ups because depending on how you position your hands it works on different areas of the body.
for your um... rear end problem...
I suggest playing the game DDR or Dance Dance revolution for the PS2, that works out your legs and shaped your butt like you'd never believe

for starters you need to eat healthy, no fattening foods like cake or ice cream you should eat Fruits and vegetables
always stretch at least 10 minutes before you workout, and I suggest running on a treadmill for an hour not walking, RUNNING after you finish working out you should stretch another 10 minutes, and then drink some, crunches and push ups should be done straight after you run and then stretch.

well instead of eating fatty foods you should eat fruits and vegetables. whenever you get the chance you should run because running helps you lose a lot of weight if you do it right!
NEVER go on one of those pill diets, they make you gain more if you don't exercise too. and if you're really serious about if and aren't very good at running you should buy training weights and wearing them(ankles and wrists) they make it harder to go up the stairs and such so it'll be a workout no matter where you go! (Note: never run with ankle weights on it'll mess up your knees)
(Note: Always stretch before and after running or any kind of workout)
sleeping more also is supposed to help you lose weight because you won't be tempted to eat if you're asleep!
only eat the essentials not things like ice cream or cake (junk food in general)
If you can eat healthy all week then on the weekends should be ok to treat yourself a little
