about

I'm a 17 year old senior at Sherman High school; graduation is nearing, things are changing. I've went through many different things in my short life span, and I find myself always helping out my friends. Sometimes its so much easier for me to give the right advice to them, than to know what to do for myself. I used to cheer and love to sing. You'll probably find I'm just a typical teenage girl! I have this driving care about people and want to help them anytime I can. So if you need someone, try me.

advice

hey i have until early July to lose 15 pounds [i'm 5'3] but i have absolutly NO modivation. I keep thinking i'll start tomorrow every day but it never happens and i eat junk all the time. so sooner or later i'm only going to have like a month to lose 15 pounds which wouldnt be easy at all. what im saying is i need help and lots of it... does anyone have any pointers on modivation and what not to eat [that i could last without for 3 months :)] haha... thank you soo much.

Try doing something you like doing. If you've never liked running, don't say you'll go on a jog, because that's unlikely! When I want to exercise and feel good about myself-I dance to music for a good 30 minutes. :) Doing this 3 times a week (raising your heart rate) will help you to be healthy and get rid of excess fat. And do whatever you love (dancing, skating, ridiing bikes, etc) with a friend, that way you can get lots of laughs- because laughter is very healthy! Now with food, calorie counting is history-you must watch your carbs! Dont eat much of things that are high in starch (like, bread, potatoes, etc.) Try eating things high in protein (meat, nuts, beans, etc.) Drink alot of water and try to eat proportional-stop before youre full so you won't be stuffed. Not eating lowers youre ability to work out, but eating too much drags you down too. Hope this helps!
