okay well i need to lose weight well not really weight more like inches like i dont care if i weight 300lbs. i just wanna look good. well any way if you have any excersize tips or eating tips that work well it would be much appreciated!!

My advice to you for this is try to buy Pilates. Pilates is a type of exercising that helps you burn fat and also tone up. Also just go walking or do some crunches. For eating all I can say is eat healthy. Try to drink more water and try to eat more vegetables and fruits. Also try not to eat fatty foods. That will put the calories that you burned right back on. Hope I helped. If that doesn't work just stick to some crunches and go walking with some friends. **nikki**

Pilates is a work of exercising. It is by a woman named Winsor PIlates. SHe helps celebrities stay in shape and loose weight. It is mainly a type of exercise.

Okay so, I babysit everyday for 2 hours which some people have told me will burn alot of calories then as soon as I get home I do 2 hours/an hour and a half of dancing then if I have time I do 30 minutes of skipping (rope jumping)
I'm not doing it to lose weight it's just to stay in shape and keep me busy since I have nothing better to do.
Loads of people have told me I'm over excersizing and I know for a fact it's dangerous to over excersize.

Your not over exercising you are just trying to stay in shape.. I kno alot of people that do just as much work and exercising as you to stay in shape.. and they are really itty bitty or nething.. they are just fine...
