hey im terribly surrering from being overweight for about 1 year. ive tried many diets and other formulas and none of them helped! what should i do?!!!!!!!!
dont believe those stupid diets. people who make those are just trying to get money. you dont need to go on a diet, excercise is the key thing. burn more calories than you eat. try not to eat things like bread and pasta, sweets, and sodas. instead get your carbs from fruits and veggies, and drink a lot of water to speed up your matabolism. eat only snacks every 2 to 3 hours, and if you can, excercise first thing in the morning, and dont eat after 9 pm. if you have any other questions just ask me! hope i helped!! xoxo sarah.
Ok, well, I weigh 120 lbs. and I'm only 13, female. Well, I want to start all new this year, so how do I lose weight fast! I want to lose 3 pounds a day! please help me. thnx for the tips

thats pretty hard to loose 3 pounds a day.. 120 isnt really that bad for 13 yrs old, it really depends on how tall you are. the main thing to loosing weight is burning more calories than you eat, so watch what you eat and excercise everyday. if you want to know specific excercises and foods you should eat, just ask me and id be glad to give you some ideas of things you can do. xoxsara
Okay, So i wanna get a flat tummy for summer, I know that lot of people ask this question as in "whats the best way to get a flat tummy" I know crunches are good and the sweet 16 thing, but, could you guys give me an estimate as to how long it will take, how many i have to do a night and how long it will take till i get a flat tummy, my stomach isnt fat, its just got a lil extra chub, OH and how do you get rid of love handles?!?!
okay you have plenty of time. every day of the week try a different abs excercise.. like on mondays work on upper abs. tuesday lower. ect... get a video to show you different excercises and to get rid of love handles.. lay on your side with your knees bent under you .. like to where your feet can touch your butt and do side crunches.. it takes a lot of these to feel it but it works. hope i helped
