Heres the story I weigh 140 and I am 15 years old, that is not normal for a 15 year old! I am Fat and people may say i'm not but I am and I've been working out and everything and all that does is makes me hurt all day long the next day, i'm not asking this for people to say oh your not fat i'm asking it because I am very unhappy with how much I weigh and i'm unhappy with the fat on my stomach and legs!I was wondering if there is anything I can do to make all the fat on my stomach and my legs go away and fast I'm so sick of looking and feeling fat i'm sick and tired of it so if anyone can help me out with this please help me! I'll rate very high for anyone who gives me an honest answer, like are their any diet pills I can take that you can buy at wal-mart with out my parents knowing? please who ever can help me with this please do! okay, to start- don't use diet pills. they're not the answer and plus if you want to lose weight, you'd have to diet and exercise with them anyway. oh and by the way, that's not heavy at all. that's a great weight for your age. if you're exercising and it's hurting, maybe you're not stretching good enough? try to make exercising fun. join a sports team so then you could have fun with your friends. most coaches give you plenty of time to stretch too so that you wont be sore. you'll be in shape while having fun. you'll also be proud of yourself for losing weight without the help of a little pill.
