so i've been eating healthy for the past month, but i'm wondering how long will it be until i lose the fat on my face? it's really noticeable and i can't eve smile without feeling self-conscious. and i'm 18 so it's not baby fat. trust me. i was way skinnier before. any tips on how to get rid of it? thanks (link)

Maybe its water weight that won't go away
theres pills for that at wallmart or target .... if it isn't then keep eating right and do alot of running and cardio work like were it takes more stamina then strength to work out

well i got invited to two pool parties and they are all the popular people ones and all the hot guys are going and the popular ones and the guy i like..
i got this really hot bikini but the problem is i have a little bit of a belly its not that bad but im still kind of embarssed by it i dont want all the hot guys making fun of me and then telling all there friends im fat and i shouldnt wear bikini's
i dont want to go on like a non-eating diet i just want to try to loose my belly a little
so if you can i would like some good excersizes to try and maybe a daily schedule of what to eat and what not too
the parties are june 16 and 24
also ppl may say be confident and dont let what ppl say get to u

for more details on the leg lifts make sure your feet are just 6 inches off the ground hold them up for 10 seconds and let rest for 5 do this for 10 - 15 mins morning and evening running is good
salad and fruit deit is good
