My homecoming is october 13 or 14th and i am planning on going. im in tenth if it helps. but i found a dress that has like spaghetti straps and im definitely not tan enough to wear it. if i layout almost everyday til then, and maybe use some tanning oil, will my arms and chest and back be the same?? Sit ups are not going to make you thinner. What they do is actually make your muscles bigger so they show through better. To loose your mid section change your diet.. But remember having a little fat there is normal…

The weight gainer is not really what you will need. I would increase your calorie intake to around 4000 per day. I also take it that you will be working out. Eat lots of carbs and protein of course; you are also going to want to change your work outs up since out muscles use memory to learn and to grow. By changing your routine lets say every three weeks it will keep forcing your muscles to grow bigger - stronger -faster.

Ya, I'm fat. But that's because there's nothing to do! I live miles away from a swimming pool, I'm not into sports like basketball or softball, I get bored of stupid little execises like situps and stretchs that are supposed to work your muscles. I can't get interested in doing anything physical although I know I need to lose weight badly because I look HORRIBLE. But what is there to do? NOTHING holds my attention! (link)

Most of the time that people get over weight is because of there diet. Have you always been bigger or if not how recently have you been noticing the weight changes?

Like what are you saying as man boobs? Just on your nipples or the whole thing? You might want to think about doing some push ups or chest work outs....
