Do "Addicted" by Simple Plan. Just make up how it relates to your life. It's a decent song, and no swearing, so that's what I'd go with. Good luck.

The Killer, Wheezer, and Jimmy Eat World are really good punk-rock bands. Of cours, you'll have to get used to them if you've never heard them before, but they're all great.
