Ahh sorry for forgetting the link the first time I asked. =/
Anyway! This girl I follow on Tumblr posted a video with a song in the background that I really like, what is it?
I tried asking her myself but she hasn't answered me. It looks like she hasn't been online for a few weeks. Thanks!

I'm sorry, I don't know what it is. sounds like something by the fray. but just type in the lyrics that you can make out on google and it should come up.

I love my voice, and I plan to be famous. I've always wanted to write a song, but I just don't know how. It seems easy, but it isn't for me. How do I write a song? (link)

Let it come from the heart.

How do you write a song like how do you find tunes for singing like YOU personally. (link)

My friends always tell me they don't understand how I write songs, they think it's hard. It's really easy though.
But first things first.
You can't force yourself to write a song. It has to come naturally.
I've been writing songs since third grade, and from third grade to sixth, I tried too much/hard. And the things I wrote didn't apply to my own life.
Then in eighth grade I wrote about my boyfriend moving away.
TRUST ME. It's SO much easier to write a song that comes from life. It just sort of.. comes out of you.
The tune/melody... it helps if you play an instrument such as guitar or piano. I didn't at first, but I wanted to. So I taught myself how to play the piano. Then I got a guitar for dummies book. And I've found that knowing how to play those help A LOT with the melody/tune.
But even if you don't, you can still write.
So.
Just write down feelings from.. ehh... maybe a certain turning point that you've had in your life so far. If it's a sad or depressing time, try to make the song slower, to create a sadder feel to it. The opposite goes for a happier time: create a happy, upbeat song.
That's all I can think of right now, but let me know how it works out for you! :)

I think you should try "Jar Of Hearts" by Christina Perri.
I hope I helped.

I have had a dream to sing my whole life and I think I'm pretty good. I was just wondering if anybody knew a way for me to get into the music business it will be a huge opportunity for me to express m music and myself to the whole world. Because at school I'm not that popular so yea!! :) thank you and please no mean comments. (link)

Hmm. Well I've been singing my whole life, and it's my dream to also become famous someday. And someone had just recently told me that I should actually start looking places.
(But before I continue, popularity has NOTHING to do with your future. This might not sound true right now, but TRUST ME, someday you'll realize this.. I did).
Anyways, what I can think of to do right now is possibly talk to a music/choir teacher at your school about it? I'm sure they'd love to help, and I'm sure they'd know what to say, as opposed to some fifteen year old with a dream on Advicenators :)
Let me know how it works out for you!

Are there any songs that talk about a girl who is so emotionally scarred and broken from the past, that when a new guy comes along she cant open up or let him love her? Or at least something along those lines? Thanks a bunch. (link)

Definitely listen to
* "Catch Me" by Demi Lovato.
* "Adore" by Paramore. (definitely).
* MAYBE "You" by Evanescence. (kind of).
I'm sorry but that's all I can think of right now. "Catch Me" and "Adore" are pretty much I think what you're looking for. Maybe some other songs by those artists?
I hope this helps :) xx
feel free to inbox me if you have anything you need help with.
