there is this one kid who i started liking, because we have alot in common, we listen to the same music, dress the same, and i assumed he liked me too because of the way he smiles at me, and plus we're going to a show together. well yesterday he told my best friend that he likes HER, which doesnt even make sense because she's not even his type. and she doesnt even like him back. i'm so confused cause i had no clue that he likes her. but my best friend still thinks theres hope that he could start liking me, but it just doesnt make sense. ps, he doesnt know that i like him, so should i tell him?

Well I think it's kind of wrong that you said she's not his type. Becuase people aren't always attracted to people that are just like them! And if your friend has no interest in him then you don't have anything to worry about having an argument over him or something. But it may be a little weird in the future if he does start liking you because you're gonna constantly be thinking 'oh he likes my friend better anyway so what's the point' i had the same situation when this guy liked me but he liked my friend better so i gave up on him. well maybe you should wait until he is over your friend and then tell him, if you still wanna go for it. *Kacie*

okay well i really like this guy lets call him joe, well everytime i look at joe i catch him looking at me and he blushes and his whole face turns red it is really cute anyway well my friend said she would ask him if he was going to the dance and if he would go with me [we are having a dance] i also found out he likes me too. so she asked him and he said no to both questions. what does that mean??

Well he said no, he's not going to the dance. So maybe he doens't want to go with you because he's not going anyway! Or he could be the type of guy that likes a direct question .. gotta ask him yourself, dont get other people to do the work for you. But yeah, don't lose hope lol **Kacie**

What can i do to be more popular in school...i have soo many friends but i just wanna b a lil more poplular....and guys give ur true and honest answer dont give me a "full house" answer please.....help me out!

Dress the same way as them ... get into the same activities. Try to find someone in a class of yours or something that has one 'popular' person in it maybe .. who has no one else to talk to. And be that person they can talk to so that way you have an 'in'. Ummm can't really think of anything else off the top of my head.

At my school, I'm like the only one who doesn't know anyone in my class. I don't want to be left out. I want people to notice me. Talk to them! If you prove that you are a nice girl than people will want to get to know you. So just start out with conversation and pretty soon you'll be making tons of friends. **Kacie**

Ok, Well, my boyfriend is 19 years old and he*s in the military..I*m still in highschool..we write letters to each other often and i think about him every single day, but most of my friends say that i should break up with him, I really love him, but he's going to be gone so long! I have 2 years left of highschool, and if I stay with him that means i have to be faithful for 2 years! I dunno what i should do...

There is more than one person out there that you can love. Think about how hard it is gonna be to be with someone for 2 years and never see them. You're gonna miss out on alot of people around you that you could become interested in. I guess it would depend on how attached you are to him. If you really love him enough to stay together that long then that's great, go for it. Otherwise, there are more fish in the sea.
