my friend asked the guy i like to go w/ me to this thing and yesterday she was like did u talk to her he said no and then she asked him if he was gonna go and he said i had to ask him myself my thing is tho im soooooooo shy and i kno i can ask but im scared! not necessarily of rejection just scared in general of whats gonna happen cuz im a really cautious person and you know how they say throw caution to the wind? well not that easy for me is it ok to be scared? im so stressed over this i dont know waht to do please help! Ok I know asking a guy to hang with you is thee scariest thing on Earth. So you know he is going to say yes so don't worry to much. Try distracting yourself up to actually asking him. If it is to hard to ask, try a note or text message, not as good as in person but it gets it done and once you do it once it won't seem to scary anymore. Try just thinking in your mind you are just asking him to hang like you would one of your girlfriends, a casual thing. Good luck hope you can do it! (my friend once told me the worst thing that could happen is he says no way i would rather clean a toliet. i know you aren't afraid of what he would say but thinking of something funny sometimes helps.)
