Alright...
So there's this guy I saw on myspace he was one of my friends friends and he lives in the same city I do and he looked like a realy cool person so I decided to add him. Well he accepted my friend request and now I want to talk to him. I talked to my friend...he's real and not physcotic either. So I want to snd a message. What should I say. you have to really think out your feelings. you have to ask yourself, "now why would i still fantasize? why do i still like him?" think hard and dont lie to yourself. maybe you still do like him, maybe hes just the only guy who you would consider liking at the moment, maybe you like liking him. you never know. but you won't know until you get to the root of your feelings.

I love to talk to people, but when I want to say something, I'm speechless. I just don't have any news. What kind of general stuff could I say? I read that talking about the news and stuff is good, like looking through a newspaper in the morning then using news as your topic of convo. I use that for long conversations with my hairdresser or people like that, but not with my friends. I just need unimportant things to say that are funny and witty and are interesting. Like I sit next my friend Jordan during art class at school, and the only thing I can figure out to say is how "wonderful" his drawing is. I just can't figure out something to say that's like interesting, but casual and kind of pointless, like interesting talk that's solely for the purpose of breaking a silence. I see these people everyday, so it's not like I can ask what they do after school, what kind of sports they play, etc because I already know. Any help please? I hate just sitting there not saying anything. (link)

ahhh I have the same exact problem. what you can do is look around the room and notice something that sticks out, like in art class you could notice a painting that looked hard to make and it can lead to a conversation about techniques or cool designs.
another thing you could do is say something like, "wow, I just had the most random thought. who thought to create pizza. like who just sits around and thinks 'YOU KNOW WHAT WOULD TASTE GREAT? MAYONNAISE AND CHEESE ON BREAD. OR WAIT NO.. I'VE GOT IT! SAUCE AND CHEESE ON A TRIANGLE-SHAPED PIECE OF BREAD!' ok that was a stupid example but you get the idea. when you make people laugh, they feel more apt to making conversations.
another thing is when you talk to your friends, talk about something you have in common. like "man i need to update my ipod. whats your latest favorite song?"

Well, there's no big secret on it. You just have to say "hi" to the person that sits next to you and ask for their name. It could start up a conversation :D it's good to maybe go to the mall to practice. like talking to the cashier or somebody thats looking at the same rack of clothes you're looking at.
I've learned that it's good to be out of your comfort zone sometimes. It may be nerve-racking to say "hi" to Mr. Hott but he will notice you that way.

Ok so I have this guy friend and ive known him for like 3 years and ive had a crush on him since i met him. he knows i used to like him and actually he thinks i still do like him. but ive accepted that he doesnt like me back so im over it. but whenever i introduce him to one of my friends, he ends up liking them better and hanging out with them more then he did with me. i'm sick of it, but he still wants us to be good friends. how do i overcome this? also,the friend i introduce to him usually ends up liking him [hes charming e_e] and then talking about him 24/7 to me. its happened way to many times with the same guy friend! When you look up the word "Flirt" in the dictionary, im pretty sure this guys picture will come up! This sounds like torture for you, and only YOU can end it... and the only way to do that is to get rid of your problem. And by problem I mean "mr. guy friend." It would definitely help if you told him that you are uncomfortable with him flirting with your friends, even though he knows you are over him. If he seems to understand and possibly change, (miracles DO happen...) then you will be able to continue this friendship. I know it will be tough to discuss your problems with him, because im sure you still have an INKLING of feelings for him! I think you can do it, and you will probably have to if you want to take the weight off your shoulders!
