First of all, please type more grammer, spelling, and punctuation aware. That hurt my eyes.
Second, what the hell makes you think that a bunch of strangers from all of the world is going to know a 'boi' named Micheal Anderson, one of the many Micheal Andersons of the world, in a place called Ed White High School, when you haven't even told us where it is? And even IF I knew who he was, and where the school is, who do I tell him likes him? You haven't even stated who you are.

I work at FedEx and there's this guy that got hired on the same time I did. We became friends, and we've seen each other outside of work but strictly as friends. Now, for no reason at all, he's stopped talking to me. He goes into work a different way so I don't see him. He doesn't talk to me online, and when he sees me online, he puts up an away message. I figure he's met someone but I thought we were just friends so that shouldn't matter. I hate feeling like someone is avoiding me like a plague, especially when I didn't do anything. What's going on? Let him off for a while, maybe he has some personal issues or problems to get over and wants to be alone for awhile. If he doesn't start being warm to you again, talk to him straight up and ask him why he's been ignoring you.

ok, first i need to tell u this whole story
last year i met him, and we were distant friends, i guess if thats what u wanna call it, now, this year, we are like, brother sister close. except, i dont want to be. i want to be more. i told him this....but on the same day that 3 other girls told him about their love for him too!. He told me that he doesn't want to choose between all of us because he knows that somebody will get hurt. Also, he had liked this same girl for a while. even if he didnt like her, i would still be callin her a biotch. i dont see why he likes her, she is a serious bitch and rude to everybody...you have no clue. she is goin out with somebody right now tho.anyways. i want him to be happy. thats why im not going to try to make him ask me out, because i want him to be happy. it hurts to see him everyday and be so close to him, when i know it cant be anything more. i know that he doesnt love me in that way. i need to get over this, but i dont know how.

Yikes, having a crush on a good friend who is interested in someone else bites. First, make sure that you think that girl is a bitch because of her personality and not because your friend has a crush on her. If she really is a bitch, warn your friend ahead of time. Tell him all the reason you think she is and why you don't like her. But don't pressure him into not going out with her. Just state your reasons and let him decide on his own. And as for the 'getting over friend-crush', take some time off away from him. Let him get out of your mind, and just do stuff you can get really into. Get over him slowly, so time can mend your heart more carefully.
