It isn't convenient for me to go to the gym & I am having trouble sticking to a workout routine. I thought maybe it would be easier to stick to a video guide? Looking for suggestions. Workouts that don't exceed around 30 minutes? Is that possible?

They offer unlimited, free, online personal training programs and you'll be able to schedule your workouts to fit your schedule.
