Hi everyone my nails are so brittle and thing and break super easy! Literally a chunk from the middle of my nail will come off and than my whole nail breaks. I've tried Sally Hansen brittle dry strengthener nail polish but it doesn't work at all!! What vitamins or nail polish would help? Thank you!!
You can get special nail and hand moisturizers that strengthen them.
Don't wear nail polish whilst making them strong again, because the nails will turn yellowy for lack of calcium and vitimin D from the sunshine. Clear polish may look pretty though.
If Sally Hanson polish doesn't work for you-I think you may need a proffesional manicure. They can treat your nails according to what they need, and give them some TLC.
It may be expensive, but Sally Hanson works for many people, so if it doesn't work for you perhaps your case is quite extreme?
