Heey everyone! :) Im 14/f and Im trying my hardest to get a tight stomach and a bigger thigh gap. So what are some great exercises for this? My thigh gap is about 1cm wide but I want it to be atlead 2 or 3. So, does anyone know some myracle exercises? Im willing to work my hardest to get this but I need good exercises! :) Thankss!
So I gave you advice previously how to do this.
What you havn't said in your question is something that any future advice givers need to know.
You said you're anorexic (spelt wrong by you) and are starving yourself.
So as it turns out your problem may be more serious.
So stop trying to get a thigh gap-especially by starving yourself.
Go speak to your doctor if you think this is healthy-you don't need advice on here you need a counsellor love.
