you should wait. Some guys take a girl to a dance but to them it doesn't mean too much. Keep texting him and start talking to him and find out if he really likes you. once you have given him a hug and all this and that and you have been talking for a while, when you feel the time is right to kiss him and you are like sitting beside him, look at his lips. if he sees you doing it then he will probably get that you want him to kiss you. look at his lips then to his eyes, give him a soft smile and wait for him to lean in :) hope this helped girll
