About kittenlover2000

I'll answer question on pretty much anything, though as I'm studying psychology and from past experience, I'm best at answering questions about love life, mental illness as well as giving career advice or job advice. I am also really into fashion and love these types of questions!. Oh and any pet help...
I have an average rating of 4.5 on here. Only inbox me questions that are short please and not about death/suicide. Honestly, there's nothing more dull that opening your inbox to 'I want to die'.
Anyway, ask away and I'll try to help out :)

I dont know what to do, i just have no self confidence. I always fear the worst and am paranoid that people think bad of me. I'm not crazy or anything i just struggle to feel comfortable with what i look like and who i am. I really want to be someone who can jujst say to herself "your so preatty" but i cant. This is the reason i can never publically speak to people adn dont like taking photos. And when i do take one i just am so horified of how i look and delete it straight away. What should i do?
Yeh i had this a year ago now.
The thing is, if you don't love yourself how can you expect others to like you?
Try and complete something challenging once a day. For example, if you're shy about speaking to your neighbours, casually say hi when in passing.
Also, getting facebook helps. If you already have facebook, then maybe join groups where you can interact more.
Complimenting people is a big must. If you compliment them on something, they'll appriciate it and wont forget it. If you do it enough, they'll see you as a friend, and start complimenting/talking to you, and you'll feel confident.
Face it, theres always someone worse off than you. improve on anythign you like about yourself. One day, challenge yourself to walk down the street wearing something different-like a bright pair of trousers. People will accept you for who you are, and you'll have confidence.
Remember everyone is fabulous in some way :)
