This long distance relationship is killing me. I have found the person I love more than anything and he lives about 10 hours away. I'm 17 and I still have to finish out high school but sometimes I just feel so depressed and lonely here. What should I do? (link)

im in the same situation as you. im 17 so is he. He lives in usa and i live in canada. we live about 9 hours away frm eachother. our long distance realtionship has been going on for 11 months now, almost a year.
I love him to death and he loves me. we are so so much in love it hurts being away from eachother as it must be for you. Im just the same way...some days like today i cried cause i want to see him so bad and i feel lonely. but you just have to stay strong and talk about everything with him. your fears, concerns..anything. it will bring you closer. we talk everyday on skype for hours and that helps us alot. we talk about everything and everything and do alot of things on cam actually. You just have to be creative with it. we do eskimo kisses and little things like that, just things that we would do in person.
I think you should continue this relationship. If you love him, like really love him and would do anything for him to be in your life, keep it going. i know it is hard. its the hardest thing i have ever done in my life. But it will b so much worth it when you guys are able to be in eahothers arms.
We have planned for like 11 months now for him to come up here and see me in the summer. 11 months strong and 6 months left to go. Good luck. I say stay with him cause i know how much i am in love and im not giving up on him. I want to marry him and im saying this as being 17, cause thats wat "I" want. dont let anyone tear you guys apart or change your mind. If it was ment to happen it will happen. talk to him as much as possible. send gifts to eachother, letters, play games on the computer, watch a movie together on skype...its endless. good luck to the both of you.
