ok so i made my oovoo account, i have a profile and picture, and everything,but when i talk to friend(s) both of our voices r staticy, and the vision is slow. But i just got the laptop. They say they have a hard time making out what i am saying. And there are like red bars in the corner. I dont know what to do...? Even when i put the volume on high nothing is really changing much. And sometimes in the video chat their profile picture comes up. How do i make it more clear? How and what do i need to change about this? Thanks.

it has to do with your wireless connection. you probably don't have good service, or your friends don't. if you want to improve this, getting an ethernet cable with increase your internet access. oovoo just tends to lag sometimes, too.
