And what do you mean charting to see a conection between my periods, iv never heard about that before?

You neeed a new or different sized bra when you start to overflow the one you are in. The bra should well contain your breasts, without bulges above or below.
They tell us that most of us are wearing the wonr sized bra. Good department stores will have weeks when they feature bra fittings and they make sure to have trained bra fitters there. Go speak only to t he bra fitter, learn your proper size, and buy one bra there - you can probably buy less expensive bras elsewhere.
For charting, use a small calander and record our periods - when they start and stop. Also chart when your breasts are painful. It's possible that they may be hurting the week or so before your period.
If that still doesn't help or give you a clue, you at least have a couple of months of infor to help your obgyn out.
