Well it kind of depends. There is usually an age group and it depends on the person as well.
For example I'm now 16 and the guy I'm kind of interested in is 19. Which would claim that I'm younger than him.
However, if his like 20 and your like 13. Then please don't do it. It will definitly not work out. For example, his friends will usually be all his own age, so you won't have anything in common with them. Also think about the reasons why an older guy would want a younger girl.
